Lease Scan enables users to upload commercial leases and receive AI-generated analysis, red flag detection, and structured lease data insights.
You must be 18 or older and legally authorized to enter contracts. You represent that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lease Scan for internal business purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all lease documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and analyze these documents to deliver services to you.
Access to Lease Scan is based on a subscription or per-use pricing model. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Important: Lease Scan provides automated insights using AI models. The results are not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Consult a lawyer for legal interpretation.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Lease Scan may be unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen outages.
Lease Scan is provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including lost profits or legal damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lease Scan from any claims or losses arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
